Once a consultation is completed, it is non-refundable. If an Acharya fails to attend a scheduled session, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method; the refund is initiated within 24 hours.
Physical items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged in transit. Since these are energized items, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
Booked Poojas can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled Mahurat for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 30% Samagri deduction fee.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your visit; a 20% fee applies inside 24 hours. One free reschedule; further reschedules are chargeable.
